2. Get Pre-approved
If you need help with financing, we can point you in the right direction. Urban Property Group’s preferred lender utilizes a short-term construction loan that transitions into a long-term, permanent loan after you finish building your home. 3. Customize Your Home
After you have a handle of your budget parameters, then comes the fun part. You will select the model and choose what amenities you want in your home.
4. Behind the Scenes

5. Place the Order
